Spring Recruitment Events - PSA

Quatre Vents helped PSA Peugeot Citroën plan its "Spring Recruitment Events", a recruitment programme based on a multi-channel communication plan.

To meet its recruitment goals, the Group launched the Spring Recruitment Events for young engineers, IT specialists, designers, logisticians and sales representatives.

Held from the beginning of May to mid-June, the meetings are designed to:
•    Inform students of the variety of business lines and career opportunities at the Group, including in little-known areas;
•    Fill the many jobs available by conducting interviews with preselected candidates to recruit the best.

The Spring Recruitment Events included meetings on specific topics, each devoted to a business line category: R&D and innovation, manufacturing & logistics, information systems, business & marketing. These events organised at the various sites of the Group gave the candidates, who were selected after submitting their CV on www.event-psa.com, the opportunity to speak with line staff and recruitment managers during tailored presentations, interviews and round tables.
