Often, companies are looking for solutions to the transfer of knowledge that are beyond the scope of projects we worked on together. In this case, the first step is to ensure that training or coaching is indeed the best response to an existing need.

Training:
In order to develop competencies, favour the transfer of knowledge and accompany change within a company, we build custom-made training programs in HR marketing and marketing strategy.

Coaching:
Our approach to coaching is based on the following observation. In most cases, what people are looking for when seeking out individualised help, is not psychological or behavioural assistance, but to benefit from personalized advice in tune with the operational reality of their job.

Thus, when our consultants are brought in on coaching projects, it’s to work on finding concrete ways to resolve issues for our clients. Be it to support an individual or a team, our objective is to reach the goal set at the beginning, during one of our work sessions.
