Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a global work travel management company, has 22,000 employees in over 150 countries and territories. The Group chose BlanComNeige, Quatre Vents' communication and graphic design agency, to strengthen its brand image when placing tenders.
Helping Carlson Wagonlit Travel stand out
« Our sales teams needed a truly original tool that would make us stand out when
presenting ourselves to customers and prospects. We also wanted it to highlight
our stand on sustainable development. BlanComNeige's creative team found that
distinctive mark and offered us something surprising and innovative, that was
adaptable to all our international constraints," states Alexandra Naintré,
Global Strategic Brand Manager for Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
The team produced an "all-in-one" spiral-bound binder that could hold several hundred sheets (A4 or US format) and which contained a USB key, business cards, and a CD – all made with an eco-friendly material, half-recycled and half PEFC-certified. "We think a lot about corporate strategy, but it should never be forgotten that the tools we produced contribute greatly to our brand image. That's why the content must be as carefully planned as the container. It would be a shame to produce tools that do not live up to our goals," Alexandra Naintré notes with a touch of humour.
