Full-circle communication for Axa Assistance
Interview with Vincent Mouray - External communication coordinator for AXA Assistance - www.axa-assistance.fr
Originally focused on auto, travel and medical insurance, AXA Assistance has gradually diversified its insurance offer down through the years. Today, it also offers home assistance and domestic services.
What do you expect from a consulting firm like Quatre Vents?
In three words, I expect responsiveness, understanding and efficiency. Responsiveness, since we are in a business where urgency matters. Our value to our clients is based on urgency, since we have to act in the shortest time possible. That's what I also look for in my service providers. Understanding, since you have to understand a problem before you can solve it. I appreciate the approachability of the consultants and their skill at providing advice and focussing on the goals to be met. Efficiency. Not wasting time on details and getting down to the bare essentials. In other words, building simple, relevant communication activities that are both easily understood by target audiences and nice to look at.
What are some assignments you have entrusted to them?
The Quatre Vents teams are involved in various challenges at AXA Assistance. Some that come to mind are their management of several publishing projects, poster campaigns, and suggestions for making our marketing activities even more effective. In fact, we just worked with Quatre Vents on communication for a conference on the lessons learned by AXA Assistance last August when it helped evacuate 1,000 refugees from Lebanon. In other words, communication and marketing projects.
